👉 DIY STRESS BALL


Stress ball can help people to relieve stress and become relax. For patients with chronic disease, stress ball is also very useful for them. Other than releasing their psychological stress, they can use it for doing hand exercise. They will be able maintain their strength even though they might have problems of activity intolerance due to body weakness. By maintaining the grip strength, they can continue their activities daily living with minimal assistant help. If you decide to give a stress ball to your patient, please Do It Yourself now! 

STEP 1: Gather all the material and equipment! 
            (Balloons, flour, water bottle, marker pen, scissors)
 


STEP 2: Pour adequate amount of flour into the water bottle then mix it with water. 


STEP 3: Blow up a balloon then attach it to the opening of the water bottle.



STEP 4: After the mixture is poured into the balloon, tie the balloon tightly and then snip off the excess rubber.



STEP 5: Take another balloon then cut an opening to make it easier to wrap around the filled balloon. The second layer can cover up the knot and add more durability.



STEP 6: Use a marker pen to draw the stress ball! Isn't it look better and cute with a smiley smile? 😊 😃 😍 😝


STEP 7: Squeeze your stress ball few times before giving it to other people to avoid happening of disaster (dispersion of the mixture all over the place). Lastly, enjoy your DIY stress balll!
